Paleo lasagne!

Oh yes! The famous lasagne – everyone’s weak point! Layers and layers of goodness – let me tell you this – this lasagne is LITERALLY layers and layers of goodness, the most fresh and raw ingredients with nothing tacky or processed has gone into this, you know exactly what you’ve put in and what youll get out – that’s how EVERY dish should be!

1 large zuchinni
2 mushrooms
1 tomato
1/2 cup extra lean ground beef
Basil leaves

Layer 1: zucchini strips (thin slices)
Layer 2: mince meat and chopped parsley and basil
Layer 3: chopped mushroom (thin strips)
Layer 4: tomato rings (thinly slices)
Layer 5: zucchini strips
Layer 6: mince meat
Top off: tomato, mushroom and lots of fresh basil leaves!!!

The simplest thing about this dish is the basic layering of your chopped ingredients. Place in the oven for an hour and you have yourself an amazing lasagne dish which im proud to say is literally “plate licking”

Its dishes which turn out to be this successful which make me proud to boast about a healthy lifestyle to all my friends and family, this is one hell of a meal which anyone would be able to crave any day of the week, show your friends the real reason you have adopted this healthy lifestyle and the futility of using processed and extra fatty ingredients which do nothing but make you more bloated and drain your energy!
