Noodles spaghetti and pasta are a huge group of food that may be so tempting for everyone, i think the main reason is not the stale tasteless flavour of the processed carbohydrates but the idea! The idea of something that can be complemented with many different varities of flavours, eaten in a bowl, the long strips you can play around with.

The good news? These things are easily recreated with many different veggies. Wether it is pumpkin or zuchinni or what i tried the other day – a lovely flavoured cabbage mix!

You get plenty of veggies but its like enjoying a huge sinless bowl of pasta!

1 cub shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
Grated carrots
Black pepper
Olive oil

I went for the simplest ingredients right out of my fridge and enjoyed this 5 minuet dish!

Put the veggies on the stove to boil until softened and add your herbs 🙂

Extra: add some grated low-fat cheese on top for the complete pasta experience!

    I like thinly shredded cabbage mixed with a little herbed tomatoes sauce and Parmesan cheese then baked… sort of a lo-carb Spaghetti Bolognaise
