Grated fruits porridge

Whenever i have my porridge in the morning, its always accompanied with some lovely juicy chopped fruits or veggies (carrots!!)

But i decided to try grating them instead, this caused them to be easily mixed and smaller peices means they’ll be all over the porridge and so increase the flavour in every spoonfull, mainly though, its the juicyness that comes out as you grate your fruit which adds so much extra flavour to the porridge! It really is a small change but makes a huuge difference!

Idea:
1/2 cup oats
1 egg white
2 chopped dates
1 heaped teaspoon peanutbutter
1 grated pear

Yummy pear egg-white oats!
