Spinach and ricotta waffles

Who can say no to waffles? And what’s better than some warm crispy waffles with your cup of tea than some HEALTHY ones! Oh yes! I bet you want to snatch one straight from your screen?

20g spinach
1/2 tablespoon Peanutbutter
1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
1/4 cup oats
A splash of almond milk
1 egg
1 egg white

Pour into a waffle maker and enjoy heaven on earth!

    Wow, such a good idea! Never tried savory waffles. Can I ask why the peanut butter?

      Only to give it that extra nutty flavour, as well as a good source of healthy fats to keep the meal balanced, its not vital though if you’re trying to keep calories low 🙂
