Yogurt coated raisins

I was really nervous that these were going to turn out to be a disaster and crush my dreams of a cute healthy snack, but they were absolutely delicious and so easy and quick to make, it’s almost too good to be true!

You can use the same idea with blueberries or almonds or even a mixture of raisins and nuts, just get creative and enjoy these small frozen treats.

Add a tablespoonful of low fat greek yogurt to a bowl and pour in the raisins, mix well. Then carefully remove each raisin leaving some yogurt around it and place on a flat dish apart from each other, keep in the freezer for two hours and they are ready before you know it!
