Warm, sweet red cabbage and apple

Returning from a 3-day conference. Away from home for the weekend really made me miss my everyday routine. It was a great- yet very tiring- change but I’m glad to be back at home.
I celebrated with a vegetable sweet explosion. You don’t usually get to enjoy your veggies as a sweet treat and so when you do, it really is special!

Ingredients:
Chopped red cabbage
1 apple chopped
Cinnamon
2 chopped dates.

Boil the cabbage, apple and cinnamon for about 15 minuets until soft. Drain and add the chopped dates or you can substitute with raisins.
