Peanutbutter muffins

These are the awesome invention and creation of a friend of mine!

I love it when other people around me are healthy and also come up with great recipes to share with each other! It really is great to have a group of friends or family to help each other, enjoy good food together and even share tips and ideas which will definitely keep you all motivated!

We enjoyed these lovely muffins at school with a group of my friends, each diving into their own muffin to help us get through a long day at school!
Although I wouldn’t have these as a normal breakfast, mainly because they dont give you the right energy to start your day they are a perfect substitute for when you’re craving a nice desert!
Nobody would even be able to guess that they are oh-so-much healthier!!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 bananas
1/4 cup soft dark brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup golden syrup
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered oats (pulse oats in food processor)
