Green smoothie

Seeing as its winter and all, i have been avoiding having smoothies for breakfast, mainly because of waking up and needing something to warm me up!

But i really couldn’t go longer without a refreshing energizing smoothie, the only “energizing effect i can explain which i can get from smoothies and nothing else!

Ingredients:
1 cup raw baby Spinach
1 kiwi
1/2 small orange- juice
1 cup celery sticks
Water
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp flaxseed

Place in blender, it doesn’t come easier and its soo good!

I had this before going to school and thought that i would be starving by the time i get home, but it kept me full and awake throughout the WHOLE day, no need for caffeine, no need for a snack! Smoothies just work magic!

    Looks fabulous! Am sure the honey makes the difference between ‘too healthy’ and ‘just right’!

      It really does, its amazing how just 1/2 a tbsp makes it sooo much more delicious!
