Sweet and savoury breakfast

Its first day back at school and i really needed something to both cheer me up, wake me up and most importantly make my brain have that boost it needs, i would have most probably gone for a good fruit smoothie which always refreshes me but with no fruit in the house (?!?!all in my stomach) this was also a great fuel up meal.

Whole wheat roll
1/2 peanut butter
1/2 cottage cheese

You get the best of both worlds, healthy and also keeps you full with the healthy carbs 🙂

Toasting the bread makes it that much more enjoyable, i feel as if im eating crumpets or biscuits!
