Warm pear and pomegranate

I always enjoy fruits when they are cold, juicy and fresh but whenever it gets chilly and you want something warm and caramelized, its so tempting to reqch for that warm cake with some melted chocolate syrup, thats the time to reach for the fruit and say “no excuses” you can enjoy a winderful warmed and caramelized pear as a great desert which you can add to your 5-a-day.

All you need is 1 pear, pomegranate seeds and some dark chocolate (optional)

Boil the pears in some water (about an inch) until soft and then add to a pan and warm till slightly brown on low heat.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with some pomegranate seeds.
(Optional) melt some organic dark chocolate with no added sugar and drizzle on top for an even sweeter way to celebrate the cold christmas season.
