Healthy toasted teacake

This is a really cute quick and simple way to enjoy that muffiny texture for your breakfast with a small piece of something soft and crispy at the same time which you can top up with your favourate healthy spread and enjoy munching with a warm cuppa and a fireplace. Utopia!

Ingredients:
Makes 4 peices

1 1/2 cup quaker oats
2/3 cup soya milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Raisins (be generous)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 egg white
(Optional: natural sweetner – stevia/fructose/honey)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, place in a baking pan with some sandpaper and pop into the oven for about under 20 minuets.

You can store in the fridge and place in toaster just before eating.

(Cut vertically in half and spread with some of your favourate nut butter)
