Quinoa and apple breakfast

Its always been stuck in my head that quinoa is what you eat for lunch or dinner or with your salad but when i realized that you can have this awesome bundle of goodness as a sweet breakfast to start your day with a boost, i got a little over excited.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 boiled apple
Cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter

Start off by cooking the quinoa, once ready add the chopped apples to the pot, with a little bit of extra water and boil adding in the cinnamon. Take off the heat and finally add the peanutbuter when still hot so it can slightly melt.
Mix and pour in a bowl.

Yummmmmmerz!!! Im always going to have some already cooked quinoa int he fridge which i can just heat and enjoy for a quicker version of this awesome breakfast!! So filling, warm and tasty!
