Big fat salad!!

It’s not an excuse to be unhealthy if your family have cooked something and you are forced to eat whatever there is; i go through this literally everyday and there is always a way to use the same food your family is eating and turning it either into a salad or changing it up a bit.

Tonight lunch was beans and meat cooked in sauce with rice; after coming home very late having had the loongest day ever with kids climbing over me and an intense session at the gym i just wanted to sit with a big bowl of salad to give me energy, i also knew i NEEDED my protein.

And so this happened!
And i ate the whole thing!
And i loved every second of it!

Ingredients:
Cabbage
Lettuce
Celery sticks
Meat (washed from the sauce)
Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Just mix it up, no need to add all that crazy dressing or extra calories its PERFECT just the way it is! Yum yum yum i looooove salads!
