Peanutbutter cinammon egg whites.

For those of you who are like me, having way to much oats for breakfast, we need a little change up, although oats are super healthy, too much of anything will just hit you in the back, so i wanted to try something with eggs: full of protein that will keep you full all day!
Spray a pan with some olive oil and add 2 scrambled egg whites. When ready sprinkle with cinammon and add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
I had it with half a banana on the side.
It was a great easy breakfast to bring eggs back to my diet!
