Cottage cheese crispers

Sometimes; you really fancy something light and crispy to crunch on; now i’v said this before, rice cakes are a great low calorie idea when you want to munch on something; but why not eat something that will actually give you nutrients? It will fill you up, you wont feel hungry but it’s not something you can call an actual meal!

1.) try and find some crackers that are WHOLEGRAIN and contain some form of fibre, i used crackers containing flaxseed which are really good for you

2.)to stop you from having the whole packet (because they’re THAT good) take 1-2 out on a plate and spread some cottage cheese on to make it more full!
