Cinammon egg and cottage cheese clouds

I’v been stuck to having the same breakfast of either oats or granola with milk or yogurt for maybe the last year and although i love it, and would continue having it everyday, i wanted to try something new out and i know that eggs are a great way to start the day, high on protein that can keep you full for a long time!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Cottage cheese
2 egg whites
Cinammon

Add the egg whites with a hint of water in a a pan and scramble until well cooked. Move onto a plate and add the cottage cheese on top, sprinkle with as much cinnamon as you like and top it off with your favorite fruit or some dried berries. I used apples!

It really did give me just the right amount of energy to get me through a whole day of school! Its less than 300 calories and is a great idea even for a light lunch of dinner 😉

    I’ve tried eggs and yogurt but never eggs and cottage cheese – I might give it a shot tomorrow!
