Sweet potato sensation; how should you healthify your sunday roast meal?

6 Oct

Sunday roast is a must especially during autumn time, its a great way to sit back and relax and finally get to see all your family after a week of hard work. Everyone is hungry, waiting for mum’s homemade roast chicken to come out of the oven, and wondering what sides will accompany this time?

Sunday roast is a meal that can easily be the healthiest or unhealthiest meal of the week; it all depends on your decision, it all depends on your method and sides. So here’s an idea for a healthy side instead of some roast potatoes, i personally think it’s a million times more delicious than potatoes, and although not so low in calories its still a great substitute full of nutrients and benefits!

I can eat this forever! Like yum!!!!

Ingredients:
3 small sweet potatoes
Cinammon ( i like to put alot, but you may want to add only a teaspoon if you dont LOVE cinammon)
1 tablespoon brown sugar

In a pan, spray some olive oil mix in the ingredients and use your hands to make sure all the chopped up potato peices have an equal amount of cinnamon and sugar.
