The problem i find with dried fruit is that once you start, you literally can never stop! And you really cant fall into the ‘trick’ of using the excuse that “im eating fruit” because dried fruit has alot of sugar and is very calorie dense.
So i decided to make something that will still satisfy that sweet tooth but at the same time will help you realize where that STOP line is

1.1 cup alpen muesli ( or you can use oats.)
2. Handfull of dried fruit mixture (i used pineapple, papaya, coconut)
3. 1 tablespoon honey (you can add a little more if its not sticky enough)
4. 2 teaspoons natural carob

Cut the dried fruits into small peices and add to the oats. Then add the carob and mix, then add the honey and mix.

You can place them in the baking tray as clusters or as a big square which u can oater cut into bars.

Keep in oven for 20 minuets then leave to cool.
