Easy and super quick healthy breakfast

Before i start i want to say this amazing thing is. UNDER 200 calories!!!
This is the perfect breakfast when youre always in a hurry to leave the house, but you want something that will keep you full and energetic throughout the whole day. Wether its at school or at work.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons low fat greek yogurt
Handfull of frozen berries
A few almonds
Sprinkle of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Dried cranberries
1-2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon dried flaked coconut

I usually start off by watering down the thick yogurt a little bit, especially since im using raw oats and not granola
Then i add the raspberries, dried coconut and the seeds and dried cranberry. I top it off by sprinkling some rolled oats and mix everything together.
The raspberries give the yogurt a lovely pink colour and an amazing flavour!
If you have everything ready the night before all you have to do is add the mixture to some yogurt and it wont even take you a minuet!

Usually i don’t like having raw oats with yogurt because i feel like its too heavy and prefer using granola, but by watering it down and adding raspberries as well it really made it much healthier and prevented me from using granola which is obviously much higher in sugar and calories,

Hope you guys enjoy this simple and healthy breakfast; and you can always use it whenever you fancy something sweet throughout the day, it WILL keep you satisfied for a long time and its under 200 calories!!!
