The summer holidays are nearly coming to an end and i thought it was about time to stack up my healthy food cupboard with new and awesome ingredients!

I believe the best way to stop temptations is to AVOID temptations and the easiest way to do that is to STOP BUYING JUNK!

If you have a good stack of healthy snacks around the house; whenever you feel like eating you can find something good for you to nibble on.

Here’s what i bought:



A good selection of nuts (UNROASTED AND UNSALTED)

Rye crackers

Muesli from holland and barret

organic quinoa (holland and barret)

selection of dried fruits

healthy bars

unsweetened dark chocolate

coconut flakes


I think its a good selection of things that you can both have as a snack on their own but also turn into a recipe making bars or healthy cookies with 🙂
