1 cup oats

1 apple – diced

1 apricot – diced

handful of raisins

three dates

1 tablespoon honey


Mix all the ingredients and place in oven for around 20 minuets.

This is the perfect way to try and eat more fruit if you’re not a big fan, my sister who NEVER EVER eats raw apples or apricots loved them so much.

they are chewy and sweet but full of plenty of ingredients that are all beneficial for our health, i think I’m going to be making more fruit bars, because they don’t even need any butter to hold them together and the fact that there’s plenty of fruit in them makes it that little bit more filling. It literally took me 5 minuets to make and 20 minuets in the oven so go make some NOW!
