Chicken Breast with Mashed carrots

This was absolutely amazing!

Full of vegetables and protein and so low in calorie!

The thing i love about having meals that are full of veggies is that you can help yourself AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE and you don’t even have to feel bad!

The carrot mash was something i wanted to try to replace mashed potatoes, its simply boiled carrots and then mashed, with no added butter. They taste absolutely amazing, even better than mashed potatoes if i dare say! All of you have to try them next time you have your sunday roast meal! you can season with some black and cayenne pepper!
