frozen kiwi – froyo!

The best way to treat yourself in the summer is to have ANY form of frozen fruit!

So, i started experimenting and this was really a refreshing, finger-licking, ice-cream substituting snack. And its under 150 calories!!!


1 or 2 tablespoons of low-fat greek yogurt. (Put this in the base of your bowl)

1 kiwi blended with mint and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and about 1/6 cup of water. (place the mixture on top of your yogurt and leave in the fridge for about one hour)

I actually was really surprised because the kiwi mixture on the top didn’t become frozen completely like ice cubes, it had a great creamy texture especially with the yogurt underneath!
