NO FLOUR, NO BUTTER PIZZA!

I finally did it, i’v been wanting to do this for so long and never for some reason never did until now. I was really worried that the “dough” wouldn’t turn out good and it wouldn’t be something i can actually call a proper pizza, but i literally noticed no difference, this tasted even better than pizza because of the flavor that the cauliflower adds.

FOR CRUST:

1 cup cauliflower

2 eggs

–> put the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until becomes powdered. Whisk in the 2 eggs, you can use only 1 yolk for lower calorie and fat. if you feel like it needs to be a little more sticky add a little bit of milk and open up on a baking tray which is sprayed with a little bit of olive oil or sandpaper.

TOPPINGS:

fresh tomato sauce

chicken (fried with olive oil cooking spray and cayenne pepper)

fresh peppers

low fat edam cheese (only a hint)

 

you can add more stuff if you want and just get creative.

Place in oven for 15-20 minuets.
