HEALTHY PANCAKES FOR BREAKFAST? yes please!

Half the reason you enjoy pancakes is because of the spread and so, we can’t fully call it a pancake if it does’t come with either CHOCOLATE, or BUTTER, or SOMETHING SWEET.

and so, that’s exactly what we can STILL have and not feel bad about it.

 

PANCAKE:

1 egg

1 tablespoon milk

–> whisk the egg and milk together and put in a skillet on low-medium heat.

OPTIONAL: you can add a mashed banana to it, I didn’t and instead sprinkled a handful of raisins, it really didn’t need the bananas to sweeten it more, they were perfect!

SPREAD:

peanutbutter

Guys, this is actually delicious, and will not deprive you from anything, so, hope you enjoy it šŸ™‚

It’s also a perfect excuse to have more eggs, especially for kids who love the idea of pancakes and hate the idea of eggs. Great cheeky way to trick them šŸ˜‰
