The perfect healthy oat cookies!

IMG-20130407-WA000When everyone around you in school is having chocolate bars, buttery flapjacks and chocolate-croissants; me and my friends sat in a corner this morning indulging in these delicious and healthy cookies my friend baked!

I just love the fact that we really show that being healthy is part of our lifestyle, other people around us don’t really effect the way we eat, and even if it means bringing our own home-made cookies to school rather than buying the buttery fattening ones from school, then we will do it with pleasure!

INGREDIENTS:

50 g peanutbutter

300 g brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

400 g quick oats

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking soda

raisins

first add the peanut butter and sugar,

whisk in the eggs

finally add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda.

add raisins if you want and place in similar-sized circles

put in oven for about 10 minuets on 180 degrees.
