Carrot-Cake oatmeal

Another way to have your porridge in the morning, is this awesome recipe that will make it taste just like a carrot-cake minus all the extra calories and unneeded fats. In fact, carrots and walnuts and a lll the ingredients are so healthy and beneficial for the body, this is actually super healthy! who knew you can say that for a carrot-cake?

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup oats

milk

1 grated carrot

handful crushed walnuts

1 tablespoon low fat cream cheese

 

Cook the oats with some milk then add the cream cheese, carrots and walnuts, mix until warm, you can drizzle with some honey  or sprinkle some cinnamon.
