Healthy Tuna Quiche

The reason i love these is they are so simple to just mix together, pop in the oven, and enjoy with friends and family.

They are also what you can call “finger foods” so you can easily include them in a menu for a cocktail party or as a snack prepared if your friends are coming over.

INGREDIENTS:

1 can of tuna

2 eggs

1 can of corn

mozzarella cheese

pepper

Mix the tuna and corn eggs and season with some black pepper. Place in small cupcake trays and add some grated mozzarella on top, place in oven for around 20 minuets.

Before you put them in the trays, spray with some olive oil so they don’t stick, I didn’t do that and all the edges were stuck. But, apart from that they really were a success!
