Avocado, spinach and parmesan toasties

IMG_8701The reason i like parmesan cheese is that because of it’s strong flavor you can always have it in moderation!

you need your protein from cheeses, but too much will also have the opposite effect because of the fat in them,

and so with parmesan cheese, you can have just the right amount and still be satisfied!

2 whole wheat loafs of bread

raw spinach

1/2 avocado

basil

parmesan cheese

just put everything on the loaf, and place in sandwich toaster till the cheese melts!
