Healthy Avocado and Tomato brochettes

IMG_8700I am not eating this in public or in front of anyone.

You know those foods that you just love so much, and enjoy eating every single bite you just have a personal relationship with the food?

no? just me? well anyway,

this may be my favorite thing ever! and it’s healthy, simple, and a nice idea for a light lunch!

2 servings:

1/2 whole wheat french baguette

1 tablespoon pesto sauce (or just use some basil and garlic)

1 tomato

1/2 avocado.

Spread the pesto sauce on the baguette and add some cup up avocado and tomato on top, place in oven for about 10 minuets until the baguette is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

YUM. YUM. YUM!
