Health benefits of liver.

None of my friends like the taste of liver, and I think the majority of people don’t. But i’m one of these lucky people who doesn’t actually love it, but can have it every now and then. Especially knowing how much health benefits come from liver, it really gives me motivation to try and eat it once in a while.

So, is it really worth it?

what are these amazing health benefits of liver?

First of all, it’s a great source of iron. Rather than taking supplements to get the iron your body needs, you can get it naturally by having some liver,

It increases your energy therefore allowing you to workout and exercise for longer!

and it’s contains vitamin A which is beneficial for a number of reasons, for women and fertility, children and growing, as well as the health of your hair and skin!

Although, liver is not the most delicious choice of healthy foods, you can always get creative in the way you cook it, add different herbs or honey or eat it in a sandwich to try and make it the tastiest it can!

I cooked mine in a pan with a little bit of honey and had it with some vegetables! IMG_8300
