5 -DAY diet plan to boost your metabolism

so i was going through pinterest as i usually do on a normal boring monday afternoon and came across this website.http://www.prevention.com/weight-loss/weight-loss-tips/foods-boosting-metabolism?page=4

After going through pages and pages of the same “rules” on healthy eating the thing i liked about this article was that it’s different but sounds very logical.

The fact that people have been brainwashed into believing that the amount of calories you eat defines wether you will loose or gain weight has always bothered me, and this article proves that its wrong!! (yay) it’s WHAT you eat and HOW you eat it, not how much.

the 5-day plan seems quite easy to follow as it doesn’t contain anything that is hard to find in your supermarket or even at home. as a teenager, it’s always hard for me to follow these kind of specific diets that tell you exactly what to do as i have to try and adjust it to what my family will be eating everyday however, even then i think i will be able to try it out!

so i will post pictures of breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next 5 days and how i think about the diet.

the main aim is to boost your metabolism so that’s why its important to make the right choices on what to eat!
