What smoothie defines you?

Another excuse to get imaginative is when making smoothies. sometimes i stand in front of the fridge for some time – more than i should – just thinking about what to put In it this time.

there’s just way too many stuff you can put in it and sometimes you get a brain overload, fearing that you’re going to cause an inedible mess.

here’s my guidelines on how to make the perfect smoothies for you.

 

STEP 1 – choose your fruits or veggies

think about the vitamins each one has and obviously if you like their taste. i was always worried about mixing wrong fruits together but the wilder the choice the nicer they taste, that’s what i learnt from experience.

VITAMIN A – apricot, mango, passion fruit

VITAMIN B1 – pineapple, blackcurrants, grapefruit

VITAMIN B5 – banana, kiwi, mango, pmegranate

VITAMIN C- blackberry, kiwi, orange, strawberry

VITAMIN 3 – kiwi, lemon, mango, blackberry

FIBRE – banana, blackberry, carrot, pomegranate

 

 

STEP 2 – choose a base

1.milk

2.yogurt

3.icecubes

 

STEP 3 – extras

1.peanut butter

2.oatmeal

3.cinammon

4.mint

 

in the end, no matter what you choose your smoothie will always end up nutritious and you will never regret having it. it’s one of my favorite snacks in the afternoon whenever i need something to eat or drink.
